We are rather young in terms of how long we have been in existence as HeartWise. Therefore, many of our projects are still in infancy and some services are currently just ideas. Many of our fabulous ideas are plans in action and include adding interactivity to this website. Once fully implemented, our users will have access to interactive maps and proximity tools to locate their nearest facilities.

We are working to establish working relationships with the NHS, GP Surgeries, community organisations and other stakeholders to formulate end-to-end processes in order to cater for the needs of various demogrphic segments.

The core of our operations is built around the needs of all segments of the society, without prejudice, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, belief, sexual orientation or political affiliation.
